CRYSTAL HEALING & CHAKRA BALANCING
Crystal healing and chakra balancing can be used on it's own or combined with a massage session.
One on One or group training sessions available. All fitness levels, body types and post injury clients welcome.

Strength training - Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 am
Yoga - Monday-Friday at 10:45 am, Wednesday at 6:45 pm
