Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, our bodies were meant to MOVE.

 

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; something that doesn't feel like a chore and movement you actually enjoy. While there may be a sore muscles along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenges.

 

I have developed my training regime to cater to a woman's body, menstrual cycle, personal fitness level, and desired goals.

1 hour session - $40 USD / BD15

Massage Therapy

Over 20 years experience as a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist

Experience working in the clinical setting in a chiropractor's office and with professional athletes allowed me the opportunity to become very familiar with pain management and helping clients recover injury. 

I use a wide range of treatment modalities and techniques to create an effective massage that is exactly what your body needs to heal.  I work with your body through it's range of motion movement patterns to naturally release areas of tension.

1 hour - $60 USD / BD22.5 

1.5 hours - $85 USD / BD32
